Prototype UI is a javascript library based on Prototype (1.6) and Script.aculo.us (1.8). It's a library of User Interface components, based on a common fundation classes, which could be easily used by various web applications.

Carousel are great to display a large set of data like images. The current version includes:

  • Static and Ajax content,
  • Works with fluid layout,
  • Vertical and Horizontal

You can download any component separately (as a simple .js file) or download the complete library (it's still a single .js file).
